Holiday shipping: Of course you can place orders in our store 24/7, but fulfillment is closed for New Year's Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

We try to keep it simple around here. That includes shipping details.

All you really need to know is if you have a small order we charge you a flat $6.99 for good ol' Postal Service delivery, or nothing if you order $50 or more delivered to a USA address. And we'll ship it today if it's a business day before 12 pm central time.

Shipping and handling costs for orders under $50.00 is a flat $6.99 for shipments to the United States.

Are you thinking, why $6.99 for shipping for a $2.50 wristband?

Here's why. The $6.99 includes having a human available to locate and pick your item(s) in the warehouse and get them to the shipping station, then verify accuracy, then select packaging material, then package your shipment, weigh it, then calculate and apply First Class postage which at a minimum is $4.10 to $5.10 based on your zip code, and then assure it is picked up the same day for you, Monday - Friday. On some items the postage alone is $10 and we lose money on shipping, but overall at $6.99 we generally hope to break even on shipping and handling costs.

If you choose to upgrade your shipping to a UPS service, you will be billed actual UPS shipping costs for that service plus a small charge for our fulfilment expense.

Orders shipping to Canada, United Kingdom, Japan or Puerto Rico are not eligible for free shipping, but you can select these shipping destinations and we'll show you the rate.

We'll send you an email notification the day your order leaves our warehouse.

Orders shipped via United States Postal Service First Class Mail or Priority Mail can be tracked at www.usps.com. Orders shipped via UPS can be tracked at www.ups.com.

You may also click on the shipping status link in your original purchase confirmation email - if we have shipping information for your order, it is posted there too.

We try to move fast

Orders ship the same day when ordered by 12:00pm central USA time Monday through Friday. All other times, and holidays, orders ship the next business day.

Orders shipping within the USA and Puerto Rico

Standard Shipping: United States Postal Service First Class, Priority Mail or UPS (we choose depending on weight)

Available for orders shipping within the USA.

Shipping is free for orders of $50 or more shipping within the USA. Orders less than $50 ship for a flat $6.99 per order.

Transit time varies from 3 to 7 days depending on your location, with longer delivery times for remote locations up to 14 days. We ship from St. Louis, Missouri (and we don't even sell anything with a picture of the Gateway Arch on it!).

To accept the free shipping offer, be sure to select the default First Class Mail shipping option. Your order may be upgraded to Priority Mail or SurePost or UPS Ground based on order weight and size requirements at the discretion of our shipping personnel, but we'll pay for that.

UPS will not deliver to Post Office (PO) Boxes.

UPS services are guaranteed delivery based on number of business days (Monday to Friday), not counting the day the item ships or any weekend days or holidays. ZapTel SupportStore is not responsible for delays in delivery caused after your shipment is received by UPS.

Customers requiring Saturday delivery must contact Customer Service at 847-386-8050 (Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm CT) due to limited service availability by UPS.

Orders shipping to Canada, Japan, or United Kingdom

Orders shipping via USPS may be subject to delivery delays caused by customs processing. We are not responsible for any delays caused in delivery once the order has left the US Mail system. To guarantee delivery and receive trackable shipping information please use UPS services available.

Orders shipping by regular USPS may take anywhere from 10-20 business days to deliver. If you need an order to arrive sooner than this, please contact Customer Service to arrange for expedited shipping.

Cost inclusive of applicable duties, taxes and brokerage fees. Tracking provided.

Priority Mail Int'l through the US Postal Service

Cost: Flat rate based on order weight/Destination country Delivery Time: Average 6-10 business days, as much as 21 days. Delivery is by Air Mail Parcel Post. Maximum weight allowed 66 lbs. Orders over 66 lbs may require additional shipping costs and alternate USPS shipping service.

Important Note:

All goods shipped to Canada, Japan or United Kingdom are liable to customs duty and Value Added tax on importation. Orders shipping to Canada Japan or United Kingdom require additional processing time due to customs documentation requirements. International orders may require one extra day before shipping due to required customs paperwork on our end.


Do you want to buy what we don't have?

Do you get a note in a yellow box on your computer screen telling you we don't have any of what you want when you try to buy it? Sorry about that.

Generally if you don't see a note next to an ""Availability"" field giving an idea on status, we try to get things back into stock within a couple of weeks.

The good news is that if you can put it into your cart, we have it in stock. We don't take back orders like some stores, and then scramble to find the inventory.
